1. We'll tell you if a product is wrong for your house.

   Wrong exposure, wrong budget, wrong style — if a material won't hold up on your wall, we say so and show you what will, even when it means a smaller job for us.

2. We measure the house ourselves.

   Every quote comes from walking your property, measuring the walls, counting the corners and checking what's behind the old siding. Not from satellite photos.

3. We install to the manufacturer's manual.

   James Hardie, LP and Maibec each publish exactly how their product should go on. We follow it — fasteners, spacing, gaps, joints — because that's what keeps your 30- and 50-year warranties valid.

4. Water is stopped at every window and door.

   Flashing over every opening and kick-out flashing where a roof meets a wall. You'll never see it. It's the reason your walls stay dry.

5. Siding never sits in water or snow.

   We keep the right clearance above grade, decks and roofs. Most of the failed siding we repair for other people's customers started right here.

6. Every cut end is sealed.

   On LP SmartSide, Maibec and wood, each cut gets primed or sealed before it goes on the wall. It's slower. It's why our joints don't swell.

7. Lines you can sight down.

   We snap lines and check every course. If a wall isn't true, we straighten it before the siding goes on instead of bending the siding to the wall.

8. We fix what we find.

   Soft sheathing, rot behind a window, a missing header — we show you, price it, and repair it properly. We never cover it up and keep going.

9. Your yard is yours every evening.

   Magnet sweep for nails, materials stacked, driveway clear. Kids and dogs are back outside the same night.

10. Everything in writing, before and after.

    A written scope and schedule before we start. A written 4-year workmanship warranty when we finish. If something isn't right in those four years, we come back.

If a contractor can't tell you their list, that's your answer.
